We are so excited to introduce Rachael Deegan, MA, LPC of Ignited Soul Integrated Therapies, who will be guiding a Neurographic Doodling workshop as part of the Gathering of Wellness.
Neurographic doodling is a gentle, meditative art practice that invites you to put pen to paper and let intuitive lines flow freely. As those lines begin to connect and soften, the process becomes a way to calm the mind, release tension, and explore your inner landscape without needing words. It is both creative and grounding, offering a unique space for reflection, relaxation, and self-expression.
Join us on Sunday, April 26th, from 3:00 to 3:30 pm in the MAC Dye Lab at 513 Manitou Avenue in Manitou Springs for this welcoming and restorative experience. Whether you are new to creative practices or simply looking for a peaceful pause in your day, this session is open to all.
