Experience an hour of guided meditation with soft sound inside the beautiful Hagnauer Gallery. Each meditation is unique as it connects directly with the themes and imagery of the featured exhibit. This project has previously been free & funded by the MACH* grant. I will be applying for the grant for 2026. Until I am able to secure grant funding I am offering this meditation as a donation-based event. Please plan to arrive a little early as the door closes at 6pm, once the meditation begins.
The Yoga Mats were funded by the 2024 MACH Grant with the Manitou Arts, Culture and Heritage Initiative and are a community asset for indoor use at the MAC.
