In this short introduction to surface design, students will play with different ways to create pattern and design on a silk scarf. Participants will experiment and have fun making pattern and texture with fiber reactive dye on the scarf using stamps, thermofax and other utensils. Once the scarf is washed out, students will be able to walk away with their work of art. All the work is done prior to the class, all you have to do is show up and have fun. Materials fee: $25
