CONCRETE COUCH WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL MARCH 29

We’re Concrete Couch and we help communities come together to do amazing things. The people we bring together for our projects and programs create murals, bridges, towers, mosaics, park benches, friendships, wacky experiences, grow spinach (and other delectables), and yes, make the occasional concrete couch. They also grow confidence, connection, hope, self-esteem, skills and optimism.

CLOSED UNTIL APRIL 30

Children ages 3 to 5 have the opportunity to freely explore the many learning opportunities presented through mini-making, guided by our highly qualified teachers. Our day begins with morning meeting to present the learning opportunities available.  Children may choose which center they want to explore often related to an emergent project. This first hour of learner directed explorations is followed by family style snack time, listening to stories, learning fingerplays and our daily singing and dancing.  Outside time follows with  creative explorations in Memorial Park (opposite) and Fountain Creek - our very own mini-forest.  We do get wet and very muddy!
